REVERSE BUTTERFLY / DELT DECK

Reverse Butterfly / Delt Deck machine trains deltoid muscles and the trapezius, rhomboid muscles, infraspinous muscle, teres minor and major muscles. The machine provides a wide range of training for rear shoulders and possibility to train each arm separately. Separate arm training puts less pressure on the trapezius.

Adjustable seat enables to choose the optimal position. Standard handles are made of U-shape metal rod (the handles in the photo are not part of the machine). 

The machine is made of a robust oval construction. Stainless steel slides and guide rods ensure reliable functionality. The pulleys are placed in ball bearings.
