FLAT BENCH
Flat bench provides highly variable training of numerous muscle groups, especially when combined dumbbells or body's weight. .
The bench is designed for training of the following muscles:
- abdominal wall, especially straight abdominal muscle with reverse crunches
- upper part of pectoralis major, front part of deltoid and triceps performing bench press with barbell or dumbbells
- triceps with kick-back using dumbbells, kneeling on the bench
- rear part of deltoids raising the arms with dummbbels, sitting in forward bend and much more
The machine is made of a robust angular construction with a wide base for higher safety.
